顶层 / 复式 / 二手房
老房特殊的房屋结构
让这次装修充满挑战
但在业主、设计师、施工团队的共同努力下
老房获得了“重生”！
一楼改造前：
改造前，客餐厅布局如图所示。房屋是人字斜屋顶，所以客厅吊顶是倾斜状，居住感不舒适，且空间很局限，
而原本位于室内中心的旋转楼梯更是大大浪费了空间。
于是设计师将空间打破重塑，楼梯靠墙设计，保证了生活空间的整体性，厨餐厅到客厅动线流畅，室内光线更明亮。
二楼改造前：
原楼梯的位置，让二楼变成“碎片式”开放空间，动线来回造成空间的浪费，且私密性较低。
楼梯的位置改变后，空间得到了最大化使用，二楼至此拥有了独立的书房和主卧套间。
【玄 关】
进门左侧设计一高一矮的玄关鞋柜，让厨房窗外的光线进来，这样玄关这块区域的采光得到了补充。
A high and low porch shoe cabinet is designed on the left side of the entrance to let the light from the kitchen window come in,
so that the lighting in the porch area can be supplemented.
【厨 房】
因为空间的特殊结构，厨房做成开放式，且只有下柜，但麻雀虽小五脏俱全：
集成灶、水槽、洗碗机、操作台面也是一一具备了；白色小方块砖搭配原木色橱柜，清新简约，烟火气十足。
Although the sparrow is small, it has all the dirty things: integrated stove, sink, dishwasher, and operating table;
The white small square brick matches with the wood color cabinet, which is fresh and simple, and full of fireworks.
厨房旁边原来是客厅，将中间的墙体拆除，半墙设计延伸过去做岛台，这里既是传菜区也是休闲吧台，
区域之间进行了完美的动线连接与互动，也为生活增添一些情趣。而吧台后方，利用窗户下的空间做一排收纳柜。
The areas are perfectly connected and interacted with each other, which also adds some interest to life.
【餐 厅】
原楼梯的位置变成了餐厅，嵌入式酒柜、餐边柜、冰箱围绕着餐桌有序排列，
长虹玻璃柜门透光不透视，增添了精致小资的朦胧美感。
餐厅与客厅之间的承重墙用护墙板装饰，青草绿的颜色为简约的灰白空间带来活力，
就像阳光下成长的小草，让孩子在自然明媚的空间里可以心情愉悦的享受学习，快乐成长。
The green grass color brings vitality to the simple gray and white space,
just like the grass growing in the sun,
so that children can enjoy learning and grow happily in the natural and bright space.
【客 厅】
客厅用简约的石膏线条装饰白色墙面，浅灰调房门与踢脚线的加入，提升了整个空间的法式调性；
嵌入式电视柜不占用空间且起到了点睛的装饰功能，而极简的吊顶与吸顶灯的运用，不压层高，空间更显通透...
设计师用“减法”为客厅营造松弛有度的轻复古空间氛围。
The designer uses "subtraction" to create a relaxed and gentle retro space atmosphere for the living room.
【楼 梯】
依墙设计一字型楼梯，楼梯下方定制收纳柜，在保证空间整体性的前提下利用每一寸增加储物空间。
（Ps: 所有柜子都是我们木工师傅现场做的，客户很满意~）
The straight stair is designed according to the wall, and the storage cabinet is customized below the stair,
so as to increase the storage space by every inch on the premise of ensuring the integrity of the space.
【书 房】
上到二楼，设计了一个小书房，窗户下方是书桌和矮柜，
一侧墙面是书柜，书柜设计了开放格，方便拿取日常翻阅的书籍。
On the second floor, a small study was designed, with a desk and a low cabinet under the window,
a bookcase on one side of the wall,
and an open compartment designed for the bookcase to facilitate access to daily books.
【主 卧】
借用了露台的一小部分空间，主卧更显宽敞，并拥有了走入式衣帽间与洗衣房。
鱼骨拼地板，营造了经典的法式优雅与浪漫的空间氛围。
Borrowing a small part of the space on the terrace, the master bedroom is more spacious,
and has a walk-in cloakroom and laundry room.
Fishbone flooring creates a classic French elegance and romantic space atmosphere.
【主 卫】
因为空间有限，将洗手池放在了洗衣房，这样主卫便拥有了淋浴房、座便器与浴缸。
点点星空下泡泡浴，想想都浪漫~
Because of the limited space, the washbasin was put in the laundry room,
so the main bathroom has a shower room, toilet and bathtub. Bubble bath under the starry sky is romantic~
【露 台】
露台放置户外休闲椅与绿植，无论是冬日的暖阳还是夏夜的星空，这里都会是一个最佳的放松娱乐的场地。
The terrace is equipped with outdoor leisure chairs and green plants.
Whether it is warm in winter or starry sky in summer, it will be the best place for relaxation and entertainment.
